Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel good about your reading. This policy explains clearly when an order can be cancelled and when a refund is possible.

Digital reports — please read before paying

Every reading is calculated and written individually for the name and date of birth you submit. Once your report has been generated and delivered, it cannot be returned, so completed reports are generally non-refundable.

Cancellation

• You may cancel free of charge any time before your report has been generated. Email us immediately with your order reference and we will stop the order.
• Once the report has been generated or emailed, the order is treated as delivered and cannot be cancelled.

When we do refund

We will refund your payment in full in these cases:

1. Payment taken but no report delivered — your money was debited and no report reached your account or email, and we are unable to deliver it.
2. Duplicate payment — you were charged twice for the same order.
3. Wrong report — the report we delivered does not match the product you paid for.
4. Technical failure at our end — a fault on our side prevents us from completing your reading.

When we cannot refund

• You changed your mind after receiving the report.
• You disagree with or dislike the interpretation. Readings are guidance, not a promise of outcomes.
• You entered the wrong name, date of birth or mobile number. Tell us within 24 hours and we will try to correct it as a courtesy instead.
• You did not receive the email but the report is available in your account (please also check your spam folder).

How to request a refund

Email anktatva555@gmail.com with:

• the email address used for the order,
• the order or transaction reference,
• the date of payment,
• a short description of the problem.

We reply to refund requests within 2 working days and aim to resolve them within 5 working days.

Refund timelines

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method used (UPI, card, netbanking or wallet). Once we process it, your bank or payment provider usually takes 5 to 7 working days to credit the amount. We cannot speed up your bank's processing time.

Failed and pending payments

If a payment fails or stays pending and money has left your account, it is normally auto-reversed by your bank within 5 to 7 working days without any action from us. If it does not, write to us with the transaction reference and we will follow it up with the payment partner.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first before raising a dispute with your bank — most issues are resolved far faster directly with us.
