These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Anktatva.in and the numerology readings you order from us. By placing an order you accept these terms.

About our service

Anktatva.in prepares Chaldean and Vedic numerology readings based on the details you provide — your name, date of birth, and where relevant your mobile number, business name or partner's details. Reports are generated and delivered digitally, and also emailed to the address you give us.

Accurate details are your responsibility

Your reading is calculated entirely from the details you enter. Please check the spelling of names, your date of birth and your email address before paying. We cannot recalculate a report free of charge if the details submitted were wrong.

If you notice a genuine typing mistake, write to us within 24 hours of ordering and we will try to help as a one-time courtesy.

Pricing and payment

• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner (PhonePe) over a secure connection. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or banking password.
• Your order is confirmed only after the payment partner reports a successful payment.
• We may change prices or bundle contents at any time. The price shown at the moment you pay is the price that applies to your order.

Delivery

Reports are usually ready within a few minutes of a successful payment and appear in your account. A copy is also emailed to you. Occasionally delivery may take longer because of a technical delay or manual review; in that case we will complete it as soon as possible.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access to it.

Guidance, not professional advice

Numerology readings are provided for personal guidance, reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, legal, financial, psychological or investment advice, and they do not guarantee any particular outcome. Decisions you take after reading a report are your own.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• resell, republish or redistribute your report or any part of this website,
• copy our text, images or report format for commercial use,
• attempt to break into, overload or disrupt the website,
• submit someone else's personal details without their permission.

Intellectual property

All content on Anktatva.in — text, images, report layouts, logos and calculation write-ups — belongs to us and is protected by law. Your report is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost opportunities or emotional distress.

Cancellation and refunds

Because reports are digital and prepared individually, cancellations and refunds are covered separately in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised date at the top of this page always shows the current version. Continuing to use the website means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
